More than 4,500 items, including ceramics, stone axes, coins, mollusc
shells dating back to the 3,000-year-old Sa Huynh Culture, were found
during a two-month excavation in the garden of the Khue Bac Communal
House in Da Nang.
An archeological team from Viet Nam Archaeology
Institute found five stone axes believed to come from the 3,000-year-old
Sa Huynh Culture at a Khue Bac communal house garden in the central
city.
Experts from Quang Ngai Museum have discovered
several prehistoric artefacts dating back 4,000 years in the Tang River
valley in Tay Tra District, according to Deputy Director Doan Ngoc Khoi.
